1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or purchasing services through UnkTeam (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any provision set forth in these terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of our platform and refrain from placing orders.

2. Services Offered

UnkTeam provides specialized Discord infrastructure, automated digital tooling, and server growth solutions, including but not limited to:

• Discord Server Boosters: High-tier guild perk activations, custom vanity URL unlocking, and audio/upload capacity upgrades.
• Automated & Botted Members: High-durability online and offline member injection into designated Discord servers via authorized bot invitations.
• Verified Tokens: Secure token credentials prepared for automation testing, reaction verifications, and voice presence management.
• Reseller Dashboard & APIs: Wholesale automated ordering queues, crypto balance deposit capabilities, and webhook callbacks.

3. User Responsibilities & Lawful Use

You agree to utilize all services purchased through UnkTeam solely for lawful purposes. You explicitly agree NOT to:

• Use any delivered tokens, members, or boosters to facilitate harassment, spam campaigns, or deceptive fraudulent actions.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overwhelm, exploit, or disrupt UnkTeam's API gateways or payment endpoints.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate Discord staff, UnkTeam administrators, or other entities.

Violation of these conditions may result in immediate suspension of account privileges and cancellation of active deliveries without reimbursement.

4. Payment Terms & Refund Policy

All service orders must be paid upfront in full prior to order initialization. We accept payments via approved cryptocurrency gateways (NOWPayments), Vodafone Cash (Egypt), and account wallet balances.

Due to the immediate digital dispatch of member tokens and booster allocations, payments are considered final once the automated delivery bot has commenced guild processing. Refunds or replacement allocations are handled strictly on a case-by-case basis through official Discord support tickets.

5. Limitation of Liability

All services and software tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. UnkTeam shall not be held liable for administrative disciplinary actions, server restrictions, or third-party platform policy shifts enacted by Discord Inc.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the platform after updates indicates your ongoing acceptance of the updated terms.
